Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are handmade and packed with care. Processing can take 5-7 business days before shipping. During new releases , this can extend and is noted on the item description, before checkout, and in your confirmation email. During high volume times, shipping updates are displayed at the top up the website. You’ll receive tracking info by email as soon as your package is on the way.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship worldwide. Since alcohol-based fragrances are restricted in some regions, international customers must email [email protected] for a custom shipping quote.
Q: My extrait de parfum oil looks separated—what should I do?
Because I use high concentrations of raw materials and natural ingredients, it’s normal for some oils to settle or separate over time. Just give it a good shake before each use to reactivate the full blend.
Q: My bottle isn’t filled to the top—is that normal?
Yes. The bottles hold slightly more than 60 mL, but to prevent leaking or pressure issues during shipping, they’re filled to exactly 60 mL and carefully weighed for consistency.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of fragrance and hygiene standards, all sales are final. But if something arrives damaged or you experience an issue, please reach out to [email protected]—your satisfaction means everything to me.
Q: How should I store my extrait de parfum?
Keep your extrait de parfum in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to protect the scent and ingredients.

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of my fragrances, all sales are final.
Scent is deeply personal — skin chemistry, scent fatigue, and even temporary anosmia can all influence how a fragrance is perceived. Each perfume is blended and bottled by hand using high-quality materials and high concentrations to ensure performance and longevity.
