Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are handcrafted and packed with care. Processing can take 2–6 weeks before shipping, as each creation is made fresh to order. During new releases or high-volume periods, processing may extend slightly. Updates are always displayed at the top of the website. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your package is on its way. ✨

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide. 🌍 Due to fragrance regulations, alcohol-based perfumes can’t be shipped to some countries. International customers should email [email protected] for a custom shipping quote before ordering.

 

Q: My extrait de parfum oil looks separated—what should I do?

Because my perfumes use high concentrations of raw and natural materials, it’s completely normal for some oils to settle or separate over time. Just give it a gentle shake before each use to reactivate the full blend.

 

Q: My bottle isn’t filled to the top—is that normal?

Yes — bottles are slightly larger than their fill volume. Each is carefully measured and filled to its labeled amount (for example, 60 mL) to prevent pressure or leakage during shipping.

 

Q: How should I store my extrait de parfum?

Keep your extrait de parfum in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat to preserve its scent and ingredients.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of my products, all sales are final. Scent is deeply personal — skin chemistry, scent fatigue, and even temporary anosmia can influence how a fragrance is perceived. Each perfume is blended and bottled by hand using high-quality materials and high concentrations for performance and longevity.
