Processing Times

Parfums & Oils: 2–4 weeks

Crème & Pre-Orders: 2–6 weeks

Processing time begins on the date your order is placed and does not include carrier transit time.

You will receive two email communications regarding your order: an order confirmation after your purchase and an email when your order is preparing to ship.

Please allow the full stated processing timeframe before contacting us for an order status update. Current order processing updates are posted at the top of our website and are the best place to check our progress.

During high-volume launches and restocks, orders may require the full processing timeframe. We appreciate your patience while each order is prepared.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. Parfums by Chérie is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
