Due to the personal nature of fragrance and body products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact sayhello@parfumsbycherie.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
