Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of my fragrances, all sales are final.

Scent is deeply personal — skin chemistry, scent fatigue, and even temporary anosmia can all influence how a fragrance is perceived. Each perfume is blended and bottled by hand using high-quality materials and high concentrations to ensure performance and longevity.

If you ever feel something is truly off with your order, please feel free to reach out. I evaluate concerns individually and fairly, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
